Named after 17-17 Troutman St. - a former textile factory on the edge of Queens and Brooklyn. Now home to artists, craftsmen, architects, florists and the Ballard studio.

Cut from a soft and substantial 320 GSM cotton twill and finished with engraved smoke mother-of-pearl buttons. 

Built to live between utility and refinement.
