Refund policy

1. Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery for domestic U.S. orders. International returns are accepted under different terms (see below).

2. Domestic (U.S.) Returns — Flat Rate 

  • We offer free return shipping within the U.S.

  • To initiate a return, please email info@ballardnewyork.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return label free of charge.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method unless store credit is requested. If store credit is requested, this cannot be redeemed for cash once the funds have been issued.

3. International Returns

• Cstomers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

•Contact us at info@ballardnewyork.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

•After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund (minus any shipping costs) within 5–7 business days of receipt.

4. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Final-sale items (e.g., underwear, accessories marked “Final Sale,” or limited-time offers) are not eligible for return.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer direct exchanges. Please send a request of the size/color you would like to exchange your product(s) for by emailing your request to info@ballardnewyork.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist.

7. Lost or Damaged Returns

If your return is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ballardnewyork.com so we can help resolve the issue. Ballard is not to he held responsible for any losses beyond the amount covered by USPS insurance.
