    We offer the following USPS shipping methods within the U.S.:

    • First-Class Mail / USPS Ground Advantage
      Ideal for lightweight parcels and printed matter—delivery typically in 1–5 business days depending on distance.

    • Priority Mail
      Faster service with 1–3 business day delivery, depending on origin and destination. Includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 insurance for businesses.

    • Priority Mail Express
      USPS’s fastest domestic service with 1–2 business day guaranteed delivery and money-back guarantee. Includes tracking, up to $100 insurance, and delivery confirmation. Sunday and holiday delivery is available for an additional fee


    3. International Shipping & Customs

    • We ship internationally! Please note that international orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient—unless otherwise stated (e.g., DDP terms).


    4. Tracking & Notifications

    • Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. Track your package via the USPS website.


    5. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with USPS to resolve the issue promptly.


    6. Holiday Shipping Deadlines

    • To ensure delivery by December 25, USPS recommends shipping by:

      • Ground Advantage / First-Class Mail — send by December 18

      • Priority Mail — send by December 19

      • Priority Mail Express — send by December 21
